How to get reimbursed by your insurance company

Insurance companies don't want to give you any money. To convince them to give you money, you have to prove that whatever care you received was "medically necessary." For this, you need good documentation of the care received, and there are numbers, catchphrases and various codes (like ICD-9 and CPT-4) they look for to justify a payout.
We do our best to document the care you receive, and will furnish you with copies to submit with any claim you make to your insurance company. We cannot guarantee they will reimburse you for every claim, but they should for some. If you find that your claims are consistently denied, even for simple, obvious needs, you should consider switching to a different insurance carrier, or file a complaint.
