Rest and relaxation

We don't want to hurl statistics at you, but a large number of people we see in clinic have trouble sleeping and/or relaxing. Sometimes it's as simple as switching to decaf, but not always.
Okay, one statistic: there's some evidence that people who get between 7 and 8 hours of sleep a night are least likely to die of any cause. This is just an average, and a few people have the genes to do well with less (okay, two statistics). Point is, too much or too little sleep may cause problems.
